SoSol Hourly Rate
This option enables client to pay for services on an as-needed basis. There is no long-term commitment and a working relationship with SoSol Consulting may be established verbally, or set up with an informal written document or formal written contract. One-day response time is guaranteed, although we usually answer to service requests within four hours. Billing is done at the end of the month.
SoSol Retainer Contract
This option is for clients who are working with an established IT budget. SoSol Consulting offers two different choices within this option:
- Premium Retainer
- Unlimited hours of on-site work
- Unlimited free phone and e-mail support
- Standard Retainer
- Preset number of hours per month (additional hours charged at the standard hourly rate)
- Limited free phone and e-mail support
All retainer options offer priority service with a guaranteed response time of two hours. Billing is done at the end of the month.
SoSol Project Contract
This option enables clients to pay a pre-arranged flat fee for an individual project. The scope, price and duration of the work are determined in advance, locking in a cost that remains firm regardless of the duration of the project. A deposit of 30% to 50% of the total cost is due at the beginning of the project.
